This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which SMKSolar Technology Limited (“SMKSolar”) offers warranty coverage for its products.

1. Warranty Coverage: SMKSolar Technology Limited provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of its inverter and solar power products (“Products”) for a specified period from the date of purchase. The warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

2. Warranty Period: The warranty period for SMKSolar products varies depending on the specific product model. Please refer to the product documentation or contact SMKSolar’s customer support for detailed information on the warranty period applicable to your purchased product.

3. Warranty Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must adhere to the following steps: a. Notify SMKSolar Technology Limited: Contact our customer support team within the warranty period and provide the following information: product model, serial number, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the alleged defect. b. Evaluation and Approval: SMKSolar will evaluate the warranty claim based on the provided information and may request additional documentation or evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the alleged defect. c. Return or Repair: Upon approval of the warranty claim, SMKSolar will provide instructions on how to return the defective product or arrange for repair. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to SMKSolar unless otherwise specified. d. Repair or Replacement: SMKSolar will repair or replace the defective product, at its discretion, with either new or refurbished parts or units. The repaired or replaced product will be covered under the remaining warranty period or a new warranty period of ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. e. Return Shipping: SMKSolar will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the Customer.

4. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty provided by SMKSolar Technology Limited does not cover the following: a. Damage or defects caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow the product’s operating instructions. b. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage. c. Damage or defects resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, fire, floods, lightning, or power surges. d. Damage or defects caused by the use of accessories, components, or parts not manufactured or sold by SMKSolar. e. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or dealers.

5. Limitation of Liability: SMKSolar Technology Limited’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as set forth in this warranty policy. In no event shall SMKSolar be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if SMKSolar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
